# Refund Policy

At Purevana, we stand behind the quality of our merino wool bedding. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make things right.
## 15-Day Return Window
You have **15 days from the date of delivery** to request a return. We believe this gives you enough time to experience our products in your own bedroom and decide if they're right for you.
## What Can Be Returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following:
- The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item was tried but is in clean, resellable condition (we understand bedding needs to be tested — we just ask that you treat it with care during your trial)
- The item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered
## Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Items returned more than 15 days after delivery
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents after delivery
- Custom-sized or special-order items
- Gift cards
## How to Start a Return
1. Email us at **info@purevana.com** with your order number and the reason for your return
2. We'll send you a **prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days**
3. Pack the item securely (original packaging is preferred but not required)
4. Drop the package off at any authorized carrier location
## Return Shipping
**Return shipping is free.** We provide a prepaid label for all eligible returns within the United States. You don't pay anything to send the item back to us.
## Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.
- **Inspection time:** 1–3 business days after we receive your return
- **Refund processing:** 5–10 business days after approval
- **No restocking fees** — you receive the full purchase price back
You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement.
## Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@purevana.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer — at no cost to you.
## Exchanges
We currently process exchanges as a return and a new order. This ensures you get the fastest possible service. Simply return your original item for a refund and place a new order for the size, weight, or product you'd prefer.
## Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@purevana.com. We can usually cancel orders that haven't yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, you'll need to follow our standard return process.
