# Shipping Policy


We're committed to getting your Purevana bedding to you quickly, safely, and in perfect condition. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


## Where We Ship


We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States.


## Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order total.


## Processing Time


Orders are typically processed within **1–2 business days** (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PT or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.


You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.


## Delivery Time


Standard shipping within the continental United States takes **3–7 business days** from the date of shipment. Delivery times to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote areas may take slightly longer.


Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier delays, holidays, and other factors outside of our control may occasionally affect delivery.


## Order Tracking


Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also check the status of your order anytime by logging into your account on our website.


If you don't receive your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder and then contact us at info@purevana.com.


## Shipping Address


Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@purevana.com — we'll do our best to update it before your order ships.


If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


## Lost or Damaged Packages


If your package appears lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at info@purevana.com. Please include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the damaged packaging or product. We'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or refund.


## Multiple Shipments


Occasionally, larger orders may be shipped in multiple packages to ensure they arrive safely. If your order is split into multiple shipments, you'll receive separate tracking numbers for each package.


## Sales Tax


Sales tax will be applied to orders where required by state law. Tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
